Join us for a leisurely morning hike and yoga experience every 4th Sunday morning during the months of April through October!
What to expect:
This event is an 18+ no-cost non-judgmental inclusive event designed to prepare our legs and lungs for a stretch out with a soothing yoga class in the serenity of nature. All attendees are required to fill out the jotform waiver located here:

We will all convene at the trailhead indicated in the location details specific to the event date, and set off in a group hike to a scenic spot to practice yoga led by a certified instructor! Each month will be a different hike spot, so this is a great way to see the different trails of our glorious landscapes! All hikes will be within the 2 to 5 miles range round trip to keep it engaging but not tormenting. Active recovery is the goal here.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat. We will aim for grassy and naturally padded/ clean areas outdoors, trying to avoid tree resins, dirt, & gravelled areas.
- 1+ Liter water bottle (MANDATORY)
- Snacks to have post-class before our hike back.
- bag to pick up litter as we see it.
What not to bring:
- Music, speakers, earbuds, & distraction devices. We are here to be present and together.
What to leave:
- Smiles
- Cleaner trails than we found them
- Limiting beliefs
